Sam Colledge

Sam is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10 year’s experience within the Building Services Industry. He has worked on a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, including, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Offices, Commercial and Residential. Sam is part way through his part time Building Services Degree at Coventry University and is on track to be incorporated into CIBSE.

Sam is an experienced BIM Engineer, and has worked with the likes of University of Warwick, Prologis and Buckingham’s to develop mechanical design solutions and model the building services within a 3D Revit Model. This involved detailed co-ordination with the architect, structural engineer, sub-contractors, and wider design team during the development stage, attending multiple clash detection meetings and co-ordination reviews.

Sam’s duties include Client Interface, Developing the Brief, Design Development, Value-Engineering, Energy Reduction Strategies, Specification Writing, Detailed Design and Co-ordination, Site Inspections, Snagging, Witnessing and Report Writing.
