Robert Stanton

Robert is a Senior Executive and founder of TEP. He offers 35 years’ experience in the Engineering sector and is passionate and effective in all that he does. Specialising in Electrical Engineering, Robert applies his vast knowledge and experience to meeting his clients' needs. He is committed to overseeing the completion of all projects, monitoring site to ensure that projects are completed to his exacting standards.

Robert studied at Wiltshire College in Salisbury and then joined ‘Drake and Scull’ contractors in their Electrical Department, where he first worked with Geoff Neal. Robert then moved into Consultancy, working primarily on prestigious fast track projects within London and the South, before founding The Engineering Practice in 1992, with partner Geoff Neal.

Robert has extensive experience in all aspects of Engineering. He is responsible for the oversight of all projects, with construction values ranging from £50,000 to £90m. 

Robert’s passion thoroughly lies in customer service. He believes that every project should deliver total satisfaction, to the best of his and The Engineering Practices’ ability.

In 2022 The Engineering Practice celebrate 30 Years, an achievement both Geoff and Robert are very proud of.
