Chris Coop

Chris is an experienced Associate Director with over 25 years of involvement in the Building Services Industry. A craft apprenticeship provided a solid understanding of installation processes, maintenance requirements of systems, along with a direct appreciation of the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.

Chris understands that Health and Safety are among the most important factors in our industry, and Building Services Design can only be achieved by incorporating this into the core of any design. Chris is responsible for leading a team of Engineers, taking projects from initial conception through to final handover following construction.

BREEAM has been a regular element of many developments that Chris has worked on, with ‘Excellent’ and ‘Very Good’ ratings forming part of his portfolio.

Healthcare, Leisure, Retail, Offices, Commercial, Kitchens and Residential projects all form part of Chris’ design experience, with development sizes ranging from £50k to £120m.
